Welcome to Liberty Finance DAO ("LibFi", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Liberty Governance DAO LLC, a Wyoming DAO LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services (the "Services"), including but not limited to our public sale offerings.

Cryptocurrency investments involve substantial risk, including but not limited to market volatility, loss of value, regulatory changes, and technological vulnerabilities. You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your investment decisions;
- You should not invest more than you can afford to lose;
- Past performance is not indicative of future results;
- LibFi is not liable for any financial losses incurred.
6. Public Sale Terms
Participation in our public sale is subject to the following conditions:
- Token Sale Structure: The sale details, including pricing, allocation, and timelines, are provided on our official website.
- KYC/AML Requirements: Participants may be required to complete identity verification to comply with applicable laws.
- Restrictions: Participation is prohibited for residents of certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to countries subject to U.S. sanctions or other regulatory restrictions.
- No Guarantees: Tokens are provided "as is" without any guarantees of value appreciation or functionality.
- Use of Funds: Funds raised will be used according to the objectives outlined in our whitepaper and roadmap.
